The Principalities of Resperia, a world that was long closed off for many years. After a great conflict with Crusithea, Resperia was left almost completely destroyed. In an attempt to save their home, the God of Innovation, Rynei, and the God of Sleep, Lumea, worked together to seal it off from outside interference. For hundreds of years it lay inaccessible to the outside world. That was until about 150 years ago, when a rebel prince from Quasar Oculla broke past Rynei’s barrier and reconnected Resperia with the world.
Despite the citizens of Resperia fearing this new world, being taught for hundreds of years that there was no world outside of their single country, Resperia has been ushered into a new era of peace. They are beginning to reconnect with the world at large, and have become a widely respected center of trade and commerce.
While not wholly a theocracy, the Principalities of Resperia is a country dedicated to the gods of sleep and dreams. While some of the states in this country are ruled by and therefore worship these gods, Resperia is not by any means an overtly religious place. Resperia is a powerful force that can rival even Crusithea, being known first and foremost for its over the top military. On the contrary, Resperia is also known for having some of the largest universities in the whole world, as well as several massive arts scenes. Outside of the military, the biggest industry in Resperia is fashion related arts. The capital of Resperia, Angelica, is of course home to the most prestigious of all of these industries. Angelica houses the largest university, exhibits the top trending designers, and also holds most of Resperia’s military forces.
Because of the nature of Resperia being sealed away for so long, Resperia specifically is home to many unique races. These races dominate most other populations in this country.
The city ruled by Lumea, the God of Sleep. It is one of the few places that can rival the fearsome Cardielle. Angelica has a rich culture of innovation and ingenuity. Their technology is incredibly advanced, and they highly value art. Specifically fashion and body modification.
The city is made of large white and black buildings, with blue ether flowing throughout. It is the only city to have its infrastructure be completely run by technology. Because Helycka is always sleeping, the city is run by a council of priests that have specialized in sleep communion.

A city that was formed after Reperia became unsealed. It’s the home ground for those coming from the outer world. Sanctum is a city of technological and medical marvel, greatly valuing advancements in the field of medicine and making them accessible for everyone.
On top of their focus on medicine, Sanctum also has the best detectives throughout the world. Well-off Sanctum detectives are a death wish for even the most high profile criminals.
Unlike most other places, Sanctum is completely atheistic. They value the word of the mortal people over the word of Gods. Sanctum is run by a stuffy council of the city’s best doctors and detectives. However, they can’t completely escape the monarchic rule of Resperia. Over top of the council is a pair of mediators, referred to perhaps sarcastically as King or Queen.
